Everything looks good. There is a very safe place. But housing prices and utility bills are too high. The weather is crazy too windy and dust like a desert exactly. The living price is not for a median salary person. If you want to invest your life in paying a mortgage loan, it would be a good challenge. If you want to move to Rio Rancho, you have to check your budget first. Because tax is very high, and a mortgage loan will not give you a chance to spend travel to some places with your family for fun. In conclusion, Rio Rancho is so expensive place for living.
